Our one bedrooms are located at the corners of the north and east facades on both
wings. Every one bedroom has a full size bathroom, large L-shaped kitchens, and a spacious central room with a roll-out
Murphy bed hidden in a false hutch. They also have dressing rooms with built-in chest of drawers. Most of the
apartments also have one or more additional closets. All the one bedrooms have oak flooring. The bathrooms are constructed with white octagonal tile. A textured
tin wainscoting covers the lower walls. Each bathroom has a cast-iron claw-foot bathtub, and original sinks and wall-mounted
toilets. At
675 square feet, our one bedrooms are as large as any you will find in the downtown area. They rent for $1,050.00 -
$1,195.00 a month which includes all utilities. There are no move-in fees and no processing fees. See move-in
