The Brown Apartments were constructed
in 1915, and are an excellent example of an American Renaissance structure. In 1991, the Brown was placed
on the National Register of Historic Places by the United States Department of the Interior.

Our studios at the Brown rent for $950.00-$995.00 per month; which includes all utilities. Each
studio is equipped with large walk-in closets, oak hardwood floors, Murphy beds, spacious kitchens, claw-foot tubs, ten foot
ceilings, and much more. The square footage of our studios are somewhere between 450 and 500 square feet.

Our beautiful one bedrooms also have multiple walk-in closets, Murphy beds, spacious kitchens, claw-foot
tubs, bay windows, oak hardwood floors, and much more. At 675 square feet, our one bedrooms are as
large as any you will find in the downtown area. They rent for $1,125.00 to $1,195.00 a month
which includes all utilities. There are no move-in fees, no processing fees for both of our one bedrooms
and studios.
